There are teams participating in this event that have been perfecting their BBQ skills for many years leading up to this event. It is one that will definitely not disappoint as there is $145,000 in prize money on the table. There are going to be several pork categories where the contestants will concentrate on ribs, shoulder, and the whole hog. There will also be secondary competitions where wings, sauces and “anything but pork” will be highlighted.
